The LifelineOnVideo web application (“LifelineOnVideo”) is owned by LifelineOnVideo, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“we,” “us,” “our” or the “Company”). The LifelineOnVideo web application is a platform through which individuals can obtain prompt crisis consultation, referral assistance and counseling from various local mental health, substance abuse and social support service providers (“Professionals”). The Company does not provide any mental health, substance abuse or social support services or products through LifelineOnVideo, itself. The Company only provides the audio-video link between individuals in crisis or friends or family members of individuals in crisis and Professionals or participating crisis centers (“Crisis Centers”) through the LifelineOnVideo application. LifelineOnVideo merely serves as the conduit through which information is transmitted between you, the user, and Professionals or the Crisis Centers. Any information or advice received from a Professional or Crisis Center through LifelineOnVideo comes from them alone, and not from the Company.
